Taking inspiration from the City to the Countryside I’ve had such a busy few weeks, and have met some fantastic people on my recent journeys from Rutland to London that I couldn’t wait to share. I have complete faith in Amulet Events, and can’t wait till we move to Rutland so I can be closer to some of the fabulous suppliers I’ve met. To name a few - Amanda Caroline Couture, Dean's St Photography & Spiegl Press.
Whilst we wait for our house sell I can’t help but feel I’m in limbo, so whilst we wait I’m taking as many trips to London as I can to ensure I stay on top of the trends and bring these to the Stamford & Rutland area.
The following day included a cake tasting with the amazingly talented, award nominated Abigail Bloom Cake Company. These cakes were divine, and simply melted in your mouth! Abigail even went to the trouble of baking a gluten free chocolate cake for me, which was just perfect. Can you guess which flavours we tasted? Which is your favourite?
Our last stop was the COOL Venue Awards, at the Ministry of Sound in London courtesy of Prestige Events. The Awards were presented by DJ Spoony, and there was entertainment and drinks flowing throughout the night making it perfect for meeting new people in the industry!
I’m now back at home and snuggling on the sofa with my little dog, Buddy. I love the Countryside, but I had a fabulous trip to London and can’t wait to return. Thanks to everyone who took the time to speak to me. x
