Wow, it's been a busy few months here so I thought I'd write a little recap of my 2016 Wedding and Event season so far so you can see what I've been up to.
Juggling family life and work certainly has its challenges but I feel incredibly blessed and fulfilled every day as a Wedding Planner and a Mummy. My little Jack Russell and daughter are entertaining me daily & thriving on life in the countryside; I wouldn't change a thing.
Attendees enjoyed a jam-packed schedule complete with pottery making and folklore dancing whilst exploring the Greek mythology and culture abundant in Cyprus.
Visits included the famous Paphos Mosaics, Amigos Neophytos Monestery & the Rock of Aphrodite along with a delightful meze lunch at Omodhos Village.
At the end of the trip, attendees said their goodbyes and danced the evening away at a unique gala dinner held at Palaepaphos Sanctuary of Aphrodite in Kouklia.
In June, the adorable Mr & Mrs Dixon tied the knot at Sharnbrook Church, followed by a private countryside reception at the remote Newton Park Barn in Bedfordshire.
Guests enjoyed refreshing Pimms in the apple orchard overlooking the lake, followed by dinner and heartfelt speeches. An incredible band got everyone up on their feet in the evening as fresh wood-oven cooked pizzas were served in the courtyard.
In July, Mr Jaque & Miss Yu said I do at the stunning Normanton Church followed by a spectacular marquee reception on Whitwell Point, Rutland Water.
Guests were treated to a ride on a Red route master bus, a sail across the water on the Rutland Belle and many more surprises throughout the day. I won’t spoil it all, but will share more details with you soon.
Qualifying distributors received a goody bag full of products and attended a lifestyle day at the beautiful Lake Bled.
I have so many amazing photos to share and suppliers to thank so please pop back over the coming months to have a look & in the meantime I hope you all enjoy the rest of the summer in the sunshine!
